ଶ୍ରୀଅରବିନ୍ଦଙ୍କ ଦଶକର୍ମଧାରା ମଧ୍ୟରୁ "CUSAG" [Commerce Under Sri Aurobindo's Guidance] କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଅନ୍ୟତମ । ଶ୍ରୀଅରବିନ୍ଦଙ୍କ ଯୋଗ ହେଉଛି କର୍ମ ଭକ୍ତି ଜ୍ଞାନର ଯୋଗ ଓ CUSAG ଏହି କର୍ମଯୋଗ ର ଏକ ପ୍ରୟାସ । ଏବଂ ଆର୍ଥିକ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଆତ୍ମ ନିର୍ଭରଶୀଳ ହେବା ପାଇଁ ଏକ ଉଦ୍ୟମ ।  ଶିଳ୍ପ ତଥା ବ୍ୟବସାୟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅନ୍ଧକାରରୁ ସତ୍ୟର ଆଲୋକ ଆଡ଼କୁ ଅଗ୍ରଗତି କରିବାକୁ ହେବ, ବାହ୍ୟ ଜୀବନ ସହ ଆନ୍ତର ଚେତନାର ମିଳନ ଘଟିବ ।

COVID ସମୟରେ ନୂଆ ଜୀବନର ଏକ ଆଲୋକ ଦିଶିଲା । ହଠାତ୍ ମହାମାରୀର ପ୍ରଭାବ ଫଳରେ ଶିକ୍ଷାକେନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ପିଲାମାନେ କମିଗଲେ ଏବଂ କିଛି ମାସ ଶିକ୍ଷାକେନ୍ଦ୍ର ବନ୍ଦ୍ ହୋଇଗଲା । ଏହି ଭିତରେ କିଛି ଜଣ ଅପା ଭାଇ ମିଶି ଏକ ନୂତନ ପ୍ରୟାସ ଟିଏ ଆରମ୍ଭ କଲେ । ଥିଲା ଅନେକ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ କରିବାର ଆନନ୍ଦ, ଅନ୍ୟ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଖୁଆଇବାର ଆନନ୍ଦ, ବିକ୍ରୟ କରିବାର ଆନନ୍ଦ । ଏହି ହାତ ତିଆରି ଜିନିଷ କରିବାର ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଥିଲା ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର କିଛି ଅଭିଭାବକ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ । ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣାଙ୍ଗ ଶିକ୍ଷା କେନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ଶିକ୍ଷାଦାନର ସୁଯୋଗ ହରାଇଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ କେତେ ଜଣ ଅପାଭାଇ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ପଡ଼ିନଥିଲେ । 

ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଏଇ ହାତ ତିଆରି ଜିନିଷର ଚାହିଦା ସେଇ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଓ ସହରରେ ବହୁ ପରିମାଣରେ ବଢି ଯାଇଛି । ଅନେକ ସମୟରେ ସମୟ ବି ଅଭାବ ହୁଏ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ପାଇଁ । ଲୋକ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜିନିଷ ବି ଯୋଗାଇ ହୁଏନି । ସୁନ୍ଦର୍ ଭାବରେ ଏଇ CUSAG ର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଯୋଜନାଟି ଚାଲିଛି । ମାଙ୍କୁ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ ରଖି ଆଗେଇ ନେଇଥିବା ଏଇ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ସଫଳତା ମିଳିଛି । କର୍ମ କରିବାର ଆନନ୍ଦ ପ୍ରେରଣା ଭିତରେ ପ୍ରତି ମୁହୂର୍ତ୍ତରେ ମାଙ୍କୁ ଅଶେଷ କୃତଜ୍ଞତା ଜଣାଇ ଆସିଛୁ।

Among Sri Aurobindo’s ten streams of work (Dashakarmadhara), “CUSAG” (Commerce Under Sri Aurobindo’s Guidance) is one important activity. Sri Aurobindo’s Yoga is the Yoga of Works, Devotion, and Knowledge, and CUSAG is an effort in the field of Karma Yoga. It is also an initiative toward becoming self-reliant in the economic sphere. In the fields of industry and commerce too, there must be a movement from darkness to the Light of Truth, bringing about a union of outer life with inner consciousness.

During the COVID period, a new ray of hope appeared. Due to the sudden impact of the pandemic, the number of children in the education center decreased and it remained closed for several months. During this time, a few Apas and Bhais together initiated a new effort. There was joy in preparing food items, joy in feeding others, and joy in selling the products. This handmade production began with the involvement of some parents from the school. Although they lost the opportunity to teach in the full-fledged education center, the Apas and Bhais did not lose heart.

At present, the demand for these handmade products has greatly increased in the local area as well as in the city. Often, there is even a shortage of time for production, and sometimes it becomes difficult to meet the demand. The CUSAG program is progressing beautifully. With faith in the Mother, this work has achieved success. In the joy of work and inner inspiration, we continuously offer our heartfelt gratitude to the Mother at every moment.
